Twin Flow Blackboost conical dry synthetic air filters

After analyzing the existing conical filters on the market to match our air intakes, none of them meet our needs. And so, we set out to create our own proprietary filter that works to our specifications.

The filter consists of twin filter elements, the primary filter element on the outside. And the secondary filter element on the top increases the air passage surface. Below the secondary filter element is a TPU cone that helps direct airflow through the filter, reducing turbulence and increasing total flow.

We chose dry filters because they allow us to cover a wide range of applications involving mass airflow sensors that are damaged over time by lubricated filters. The synthetic cotton filter element allows us to operate completely dry (not oiled) and still guarantees good filtration and air flow.

The layers of synthetic filter material are better than its non-synthetic counterpart, as the layered structure of synthetic cotton allows for smooth airflow throughout the filter.

Kits contain tubing, molded composite plastic adapters, and the necessary BlackBoost SS316 clamps to hold components securely in place.
